Hello fellow babies!
First off, our sincere apologies for the lack of posts over the past couple of weeks. We’ve been pretty swamped behind the scenes for a bit and we’ll have a proper catch-up on fresh additions to the site and Healey related news early next week.
In the meantime, we’d like to help you kick off your Mother’s Day weekend (in North America anyway) with a little treat. Here’s a very cool rare performance of Jeff with BB King and Ronnie Earl (and many more) jamming on ‘You’re Gonna Miss Me’ at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1997… An absolutely *amazing* vid – there’s even an appearance by ‘Funky’ Claude Nobs (RIP) ! Enjoy and share the hell outta this bad boy!
…and before we leave you for now, we’d like to make a little self indulgent request… Those of you who have picked up the “As The Years Go Passing By…” set here in North America, we’d love to read your comments about it! If you’ve got a minute, please pop over to Amazon.com and give us a wee review won’t ya? There are some nice comments up on the Amazon.uk site already. You don’t want the Brits to make you look bad do ya? 😉
Be excellent to each other!
~Rog

I really would like to see and hear the video of Jeff Healey Ronnie Earl and BB King I can not find it anywhere
Sorry Earl. It appears the original uploader has removed the vid. This is the first we’ve noticed. We’ll see if another can be found and we’ll post it up. Meantime, this post..
