Just like that, 2025 is gone… It was a year crammed with highs and lows, and a whole lot of work behind the scenes keeping us all busy!

But, before we go any further…
We were deeply saddened by the recent loss of legendary guitarist / producer / songwriter, Steve Cropper.
Steve’s incredible, decades-long career has influenced generations of musicians around the world. Grammy winner, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Stax legend… his music will live on in the hearts of millions.
Steve was kind enough to let us into his home last year to do an interview for the Jeff Healey doc… I have to say, hanging out afterwards and getting to shoot the breeze for what felt like forever, that was truly beyond special. It’s a memory I’ll carry for the rest of my life.
Sending much love and heartfelt condolences to Steve’s wife Angel, his family, friends and countless fans around the world.

The annual streaming numbers for 2025 are in. To say it’s overwhelming would be an understatement. SPOTIFY has tracked, 2.2 MILLION listeners, 12.6 Million streams! Wow. So wonderful to know you are all still out there, helping to keep Jeff’s legacy alive…
Then there’s YouTube… over 13.1 *MILLION* views of Jeff Healey vids in 2025! Incredible. Thank you all.

Looking ahead, 2026 marks what should have been Jeff’s 60th Birthday, and we plan to celebrate!

We’ve been working on putting this together for eight months now. Damn folks, this is going to be pretty spectacular, if we do say so ourselves! Stay tuned! Details coming in just a couple of months! Meantime, save the date – Saturday, May 2nd, 2026!

There will be some fresh tunes.
Not much we can say about that yet, but if all works out, this will be the first of a series of new releases. Some will feel familiar, one (over a decade in the making), will shine a spotlight on a little discussed deep passion of Jeff’s… More on that later.

And as a bookend to all this, we’ve decided the release of the official documentary, ‘SEE THE LIGHT: The Jeff Healey Story‘, would be a fitting finale to what will be a year-long Jeff Healey Celebration… so we will be pushing it to the tail-end of 2026.
The extended schedule will also afford us the luxury of taking our time with finishing touches. Bottom line? If we can’t make it as great as possible, then for us, there’s just no point in doing it at all. Full stop. We are planning some really awesome stuff. Trust me peeps, it is going to be so worth the wait. And as we close in on the completion of the film, we’ll be sharing more regular updates.
You have all showed us a great deal of patience with this, and we appreciate it more than you know.
