In the words of Bing Crosby, Happy Holidays To You!

Whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice, or Festivus (for the rest of us) we want to take a moment to wish you all a safe and very happy Holiday!

We can’t believe that 2022 is already coming to a close. The year absolutely flew by! There were some pretty great highs and a few minor lows over the past 12 months, but through it all we were continually humbled by the incredible dedication of Jeff’s fans around the world. Sincerely guys, without you, none of this would be possible…

Now listen, 2023 is going to be a BIG year around here.  The long awaited new merch will be in the shop in time for March (#marchishealeymonth), there’s some really cool, new projects on the horizon, and remember that HUGE announcement we teased almost a year ago?  Well, there’s only a few short weeks left until we can finally tell you about it, and believe you me, it will blow your pretty minds!

Stay tuned!

Meantime… you crazy kids have been working overtime spinning Jeff’s tunes on Spotify!  Almost THREE MILLION of you listened to Jeff’s songs,13.8 million times this year!!!  That’s approximately 1.1 million hours worth of music!  Yowza!  Thank you all again for helping us keep Jeff’s memory and legacy bright.  You guys rock!

As the years roll ever on, we are still surprised by the depth of previously unseen, photos and footage of (and relating to) Jeff that keeps cropping up.  Recently this amazing little interview clip of the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan talking about Jeff Healey, made its way to YouTube…

Back in 1985, a teenage Jeff was first introduced to Stevie by another Blues legend, the ‘Iceman’ himself, guitarist Albert Collins. Jeff Healey and SRV went on to become fast friends in those all too short years before fate conspired to take Stevie away. Far too soon…

While we’re on the subject, there’s never an excuse required to play this EPIC jam between Jeff and Stevie, filmed at the CBC studios in Toronto in 1987. So let’s have another look shall we?

Now if that don’t bring a smile to yer face…

And on that cheerful memory, we bid you adieu for now.

Have yourselves an awesome New Year’s folks!  Stay safe!

And remember, be good! (But not too good… 🙂)

Cheers!
