Hello my Beautiful People!

A quick one today to wish you all the best this holiday season and give you a brief heads-up on what’s been happening of late.

It’s been over a year now since we re-launched this site with an eye to shining a fresh spotlight on Jeff’s life and musical legacy. We’ve had a wildly succesful 2013 and now the time has come to bring it all into greater focus for “phase II”.

Seriously good changes are comin’ down the pipe my friends.

The insanely talented Trista DeVries of Magpie Design (along with equally talented designer, Lorie Guillemet – who is responsible for our new, streamlined logo featured above in the title graphic) is working away behind the scenes on a fresh revamp/redesign of the entire site to serve you better. We’ll be back stronger and sassier than ever in just a few short weeks. In the meantime, you may have noticed that some parts of the site are not accessible at the moment… mainly our galleries (photo and video) and Album Guides (which include singles and sessions as well). This too shall pass. All these and more will return soon, better than ever.

We have some killer new content planned for the coming year as well; Some great articles are in the works (including a story about the precursor to the JHB, ‘Blue Direction‘) and some fantastic Guest Blogs! We can’t let the cat out of the bag yet, but you won’t be disappointed!

Oh and don’t forget to check back regularly for news and updates on some exciting new projects we have in the works for 2014!

In the meantime, while you’re waiting, here’s some fresh coolness to see you through…

First off, here is some Christmas blues for y’all. JH, live in Amsterdam 1988… ‘Good Morning Blues‘.(With thanks to László Kaszás!) Dig!

…And here’s a cool pic of Jeff live in early 1990 – © Dee Lippingwell (… and for more info on Dee, please check HERE)

Once again, from all of us here at JH headquarters, we’d like to wish you all fantastic and safe holiday folks! Make it a great one!

Be seein’ you again real soon!
